A movement towards cleaner farming practices.
A movement for demanding a higher quality cup of joe.
A movement to save the future of coffee!
The team at Atomo love coffee, but don’t feel good about our morning cups contributing to deforestation. So they asked themselves: Could they make a great cup of coffee, without the bean?
When you really get down to the technicality of it, coffee is a liquid beverage made up of hundreds of chemical compounds which can be broken down into categories such as aromatics, flavors, acids, alcohols and more.
There are hundreds of volatile and non-volatile compounds which together, create the amazing aroma, body, color, taste, and caffeine that we all love. We call these components the Big 5. And to recreate coffee, we would need to copy each of these critical categories.
Coffee without the bean. That’s it!
I worked with Atomo Coffee to create a brand animation that helps explain what they do and provides a sneak peek into the process of how they’re making a better cup of coffee that’s better for the environment.
